Yangzhou ZTL New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongtianli, formerly known as Yangzhou Gaoneng New Materials Co., Ltd.) is a national high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, production and marketing of high-purity materials. The company completed the shareholding reform at the end of 2013 and renamed as Yangzhou Zhongtianli New Materials Co., Ltd. It was listed in China SME Share Transfer System on August 22, 2014, becoming the second SME listed in the "New Three Board" of Yangzhou city and the first of Hanjiang district.
ZTL is located in Shuangtang Industrial Concentration Zone, Ganquan Town, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou, with an area of 28 mu and 75 employees, of which 20 are full-time technical personnel engaged in new product development. Leading products of Zhongtianli includes high-purity metallic arsenic (As) with a purity of 99.9999% (6N) and 99.99999% (7N), high-purity alumina with a purity of 99.999% (5N), micro-nano-powder, and lithium battery-used ceramic slurry.
After several years of development, Zhongtianli has gradually grown into a business running in accordance with the modern enterprise management system and successively passed the certifications of ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Moreover, Zhongtianli established "Yangzhou Engineering Technology Research Center" in August 2009; was rated as Jiangsu Technology SME in January 2011; passed the new standard national high-tech enterprise appraisal in August 2011 [passed the high-tech enterprise reexamination in August 2014]; named as Jiangsu SME Innovation Ability Construction Demonstration Enterprise in 2012; and built an enterprise academician workstation in 2013.
ZTL focuses on technological innovation and adheres to the combination of industry, learning and research. Zhongtianli has established multiple-channel cooperation relationships with Nanjing University of Science and Technology, the 46th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group and Dalian Jiaotong University, etc. internally; and Russia High Purity Material Chemical Research Institution and Russia Rare Metal Science Research and Design Institute externally. It also constantly introduces high-end industrial talents from colleges, universities and research institutes; including two Jiangsu Double-Innovation Talents in 2013 and 2014 and two outstanding doctors from the Green Yangzhou & Golden Phoenix Plan in 2013 and 2014.
ZTL has six invention patents and six utility model patents, four of its national invention patents have entered the real approval stage and an invention patent has been accepted. Its leading product ultra-high-purity As α (product ID: 2011TJC10022) was named National Key New Product; high-purity As α (product ID: 081003G0093N) was rated as Jiangsu High-tech Product, high-purity As α was identified as Jiangsu SMEs' Special, Sophisticated and Unique New Product, 99.999% high-purity alumina was rated as Gold Prize of 2012 Jiangsu Outstanding New Product, 5N micro-nano-high-purity alumina (Product ID: 131003G0250N) and dedicated power lithium battery ultra-fine oxidized safe barrier coating slurry (product ID: 141003G0325N) were named Jiangsu High-tech Products.
In recent two years, Zhongtianli has undertaken a national international cooperation project, a national innovation fund project, a torch plan project, a provincial industry-learning-research cooperation project and a municipal eight-industry thriving project. In the year 2012, its semi-insulating gallium arsenide and LED lighting-used high-purity As industrialization project won the first prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award; then in 2013, its semi-insulating gallium arsenide and LED-used 7N (99.99999%) high-purity As R&D and industrialization project won the third prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award; and the same project won Jiangsu International Science and Technology Cooperation Award in 2014.
